Starving is good

Planning a diet, should be a complete balance of proteins, carbs n fiber. First, you got to know the difference between, hungry and feeling hungry. You have to eat when you are hungry and not when you feel you are hungry. You can easily survive for minimum of a day without any food consumption. So, starving your stomach once or twice a month is good.

People feel starving is bad and with the psychological feeling that they will get weak if they don’t eat anything. But the best suggestion is that you don’t eat anything 24 hrs of a day and just drink water throughout the day, once an hour at least. Usually, when you shit, all the waste is excreted, but the intestines are not cleaned 100%. By doing a day’s fasting, drinking water the whole day, it washes out every intestine of the body and you will feel much better after that day. This helps you in avoiding lots of stomach, intestine diseases (especially intestine cancer).
